Staff at Watkins Solicitors’ Bristol offices in North Street and Fishponds came together last week to support Macmillan Cancer Support’s annual Coffee Morning, the UK’s biggest fundraising event for people living with cancer.

Offices were filled with home-baked treats as colleagues shared cakes, biscuits and pastries while raising donations for Macmillan’s life-changing work. The event brought a real sense of warmth and connection across the teams, with everyone taking a few moments out of their busy day to support a cause that touches so many lives.

Macmillan Cancer Support provides vital medical, emotional and financial assistance to people affected by cancer and their families. Last year, more than 52,000 Coffee Mornings were held across the UK, raising approximately £17.1 million, and since the campaign began in 1990, it has collectively raised over £310 million. These funds help provide specialist nurses, benefits advice, travel grants, and essential community support.
