At Watkins Solicitors, we are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of our work. In accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) requirements, we collect and publish diversity data about our workforce every two years. This information helps us to understand the makeup of our team and to support the legal profession in becoming more inclusive and representative of the communities it serves.
