Jacqueline Sethi

Jacqueline has been working for five years in SEND and community care law.

She undertakes instructions on all types of Appeals including refusal to assess, issue, B, F, I , extended trial, with complex health and social care matters and EOTAS. 

She also prepares pre-action correspondence for Judicial reviews including failure to secure provision and failure to provide suitable alternative full-time education.

She has secured specialist and residential educational placements. She undertakes complex cases, including continuing health care, DOLS and inter-authority disputes.

She represents on exclusion panels.
