Watkins Solicitors' Hereford Team Support Macmillan Coffee Morning

At Watkins Solicitors’ Hereford office, the spirit of giving was in full bloom this morning as our team rallied behind Macmillan’s annual Coffee Morning fundraiser. Nicholas delivered his own loaf cakes, and Louise contributed cupcakes, personally handing them out to local Hereford estate agents in support of the important cause.

The cakes were well received and added a real sense of warmth and connection to the morning.

Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the UK’s leading cancer charities, offering practical, medical, emotional and financial support to people living with cancer and their families. Its flagship fundraising event, the Coffee Morning, saw more than 52,000 hosts last year, raising approximately £17.1 million across the UK. Since its launch in 1990, this campaign has collectively raised over £310 million.

The funds raised each year through Coffee Mornings go directly into vital services: funding specialist nurses, supporting benefits advice, providing psychosocial support, helping with travel costs, and offering community support groups across the UK.

By joining this year’s event, our Hereford colleagues highlighted the importance of community support and raising awareness of cancer care.
