Watkins Solicitors Shortlisted for Modern Law Conveyancing Awards - Conveyancing Firm of the Year

Watkins Solicitors are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for Conveyancing Firm of the Year – South of England at the 2025 Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.

Our Conveyancing Team, led by Partner and Head of Conveyancing Sophia Ramzan, continues to set an exceptional standard. Over the past year, the team achieved an average completion time of just 67 days, around seven to eight weeks faster than the national average for purchases (120 days) and thirteen weeks faster for sales (160 days). This efficiency reflects both our expert systems and the dedication of every member of the department.

We have also continued to invest in our people and processes. From proactive title checks and same-day SDLT and Land Registry submissions to the introduction of eCOS and Perfect Portal for digital onboarding, every step of the process is designed to save our clients time and stress. Each client benefits from a named solicitor, plain-English reports, and regular milestone updates to ensure they are always informed and supported.
