Victoria Shufflebottom qualified as a solicitor in 2007, specialising in Family Law. Since then, Victoria has earned a reputation as a skilled and formidable advocate and lawyer.

Victoria represents clients in all areas of Family Law and is an acknowledged public law expert in care proceedings where she acts for Guardians representing children, as well as for parents and carers.

‘Some of the work that I do, particularly involving children in care proceedings can be both difficult and challenging,’ says Victoria. ‘However, I hate injustice and I regard it as being a real privilege representing vulnerable clients, ensuring that they get a fair and just result. If I can help make a positive difference to people’s lives then that is great.’

As well as being a member of Resolution, Victoria is also a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel
