Head of Wills & Probate / Private Client

Wills and Probate/Private Client Solicitor required to Head our busy Solicitors firm on a full-time basis. We are looking to expand our existing Private Client department and wanting someone who can join the firm to work closely and Head our established private client team as well as play a key role in the growth and success of the department.

You will be handling a broad base of probate and private client work, including administering estates, drafting wills and powers of attorney, handling tax, trusts and elderly client matters as well as a range of others. You must have a solid knowledge and understanding of probate law. 

The successful candidate should also have:

• A strong background in private client work
• Excellent client care skills
• A professional telephone manner 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

STEP accreditation an advantage.  

Commencing May/June 2021. Salary dependent upon experience.
