Following the huge success of their EHC needs assessments & Plans conferences in Bristol, Bath, Cornwall and Hereford, Watkins Solicitors return with SEN Information Day for Parents in Bristol. With presentations by Beverley Watkins (Senior Partner/Family/Education/Public Law specialist), Liz Smith (Education Law Specialist), Dr Keith Lomax (Judicial Review & Regulatory specialist) and Emma Grimbly (Education Paralegal). 

Topics covered include:

  • EHC Assessments - How to ask for them and what to do if you are refused;
  • EHC Plans - What should be in and what should not be in;
  • EHC Appeals - How to prepare, what to say, what not to say;
  • Post 16 Provision - Education 16-25 - how to ensure this is in the Plan;
  • Mock Tribunal.
