This highly-regarded and established firm based in Bristol is looking to appoint a full-time Education Solicitor or Education Legal Executive as well as an experienced para-legal to their market-leading education law department.

As an Education Lawyer you will have from 1+ Years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex education law caseloads, with particular knowledge of Special Educational Needs cases. The role will involve advising on a range of issues including, but not limited to, admissions, exclusions, bullying, and Special Educational Needs issues surrounding EHCP plans, funding and transport with possible tribunal representation. You will have good solid academics and be able to work effectively as an education lawyer as part of the education law team. The PQE above is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.

Education paralegal

The successful candidate will work from home although the initial induction is likely to take place at our Bedminster branch. Full time Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm. And Friday 8.30-4pm Start as soon as possible. The salary will be dependent upon experience.
