Conveyancing Solicitor

Due to expansion and the opening of a new office in Herefordshire, an exciting opportunity has arisen for either a newly qualified solicitor or a solicitor with up to 2 years PQE in conveyancing to be based in our Hereford, Bath or Bristol office, or remotely.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, newbuilds, title reconstructions, transfers of equity, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, and Forces Help to Buy Schemes.
You will manage your own caseload of residential files from initial instruction to completion. You will be organised, ambitious and confident in developing business contacts. You will have a great work ethic, be a team player, and have good decision-making skills.
