Syeda Rahman
Syeda is a Paralegal in the Family Department at Watkins Solicitors. She supports families with sensitivity and professionalism, offering a calm, reassuring presence throughout what can often be a challenging time.
She studied Law at the University of the West of England in Bristol, graduating with a First Class degree, and went on to complete the Bar Training Course with Outstanding. She later undertook postgraduate study with a focus on Immigration and Employment Law. Her legal knowledge, combined with experience in client-facing roles, gives her a strong foundation for working closely with families who need clear, compassionate guidance.
Syeda takes a thoughtful and practical approach to her work. She enjoys helping people feel informed and supported, and is particularly focused on finding constructive solutions that meet the needs of each individual family.
She is passionate about making the legal process feel more accessible and less daunting, especially for those unfamiliar with the system. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and works with clients to ensure they feel heard and understood at every step.
Outside of work, Syeda enjoys photography and writing poetry. She speaks Bengali and conversational Hindi.
