David specialises in sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, title reconstructions, transfers of equity, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, and Forces Help to Buy Schemes.

He excels in dealing with all elements of a conveyancing transaction, including drafting, exchanging and completing conveyancing contracts, checking title documentation, raising enquiries and Land Registry applications. His expertise includes drafting and reviewing various types of leases and lease extensions; advising on property rights of access; assisting clients in relation to adverse possession; purchasing land for development purposes; advising on squatting issues; and acting for Landlords in negotiations with tenants.

David prides himself on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and fostering positive relations with local estate agents. David aspires to be the “go-to” choice for conveyancing in the area.

Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his 3-year-old son and wife as a family. He also loves to travel, including trips to Australia/New Zealand on three occasions and, most recently, Crete, where he visited the ancient sites. David also enjoys attending live music events, including, most memorably, the Rolling Stones at Twickenham and Oasis at Bournemouth.
